I spent this year removing upf, it initially was pretty difficult, and being vegan is an element that makes it even trickier
Even after removing upf, I'm still on around 140g of protein a day, but thats because I'm bulking so it's easy to add some extra nuts, beans and seeds here and there to up those numbers, will be difficult when it eventually comes to cutting and keeping protein high😅
Tofu and tempeh are the heroes for me, especially Tofu with its versatility (I made a chocolate mousse from it not so long ago).
I don't necessarily have recipes, I kinda just chuck stuff together with tempeh/tofu and mix up the seasoning to keep it from being monotonous
Overnight oats is a staple for me. A carton of organic soya milk is 33g of protein! It's making it taste nice without adding nasty upf's that can be tricky😂
