For me, journaling for just 5 minutes every morning has been a game-changer. It clears my mind and helps me start the day feeling positive! 🌞✍️

I've recently been sleeping in my car 3 nights a week, due to work being 170 miles away from my home! So for access to a daily shower i joined a Gym, which also happened to have a swimming pool, a steam-room, sauna & Jacuzzi. The nightly swim and sauna has made such a difference to keeping me refreshed and chilled out. I'm doing breathing exercises in the sauna and it's so relaxing.


Have you thought about getting a campervan instead? I appreciate not everyone has the money.

I bought one and stealth camp. It's great!

It's changed me completely.

I used to be very reactive and hot headed. I am so ridiculously calm and don't get angry (Well, I can but extremely rare).

One habit that has a significant impact on my daily life is starting the day by writing down a clear plan or list of priorities.

It brings structure, helps focus on what's important, and sets a productive tone for the rest of the day.

Each task I complete feels like a small win, reinforcing motivation throughout the day.

I like to go on long walks daily, I can think about everything and makes me happy to be out in nature and see animals ☺️❤️

For me, sitting in the garden next to the plants and meditating practice is a habit that gives me inner peace and inspires me to make my next decisions.
