I made the switch to veganism 3.5 years ago. When I decided I was eliminating all animal products from my life, it was like I flicked a switch.
I have no idea why, but once I made the decision, I went from consuming animal products at almost every meal, to absolutely none.
It’s something I feel very proud of, but equally, I would feel just as proud, possibly even more so, if I had found it more difficult, and still managed to persevere.
We all hear from people that consume animal products that it’s just too hard to switch, and I’m wondering how you all found the switchover.
Was it instant for you, or did it take some time to transition?
