I have created this group for anyone looking for the extra motivation and support they need to elevate their mind and body when it comes to training, nutrition and lifestyle habits!

Its very easy to be given a plan and to follow it..

The hard part comes when trying to incorporate lifestyle changes, stay on track and push through hard times when you feel particularly challenged!

Accountability can be what makes the difference to you facing your goals an challenges head on and just deciding to throw in the towel when things get tough!

This group is here to offer support as you start to improve every part of your life and where we can share tips and advice that could help one another truly find out what they are capable of!

As vegans, we're quite used to feeling somewhat out of place. In many ways, we perceive the world differently and it can feel isolating.

It's a feeling that I'm sure many neurodivergent people experience too. Anecdotally, a considerable proportion of vegans I know consider themselves neurodivergent and – to my knowledge – such a group doesn't exist here.

Until now, I guess.
