I have heard from other vegans online, across different platforms, that it can get pretty lonely living in a non-vegan world and, sadly, I can relate... I bet many of you here are in the same boat! It's hard enough to make new friends as an adult but when you're a vegan adult at that... yeah, forget it!
But that's why I'm here - to make friends! So let's get to know each other!
My name is Kat and I'm a 23, soon-to-be 24-year-old, currently living in Texas (yeehaw!) very close to the border with Mexico (I also speak Spanish if anyone wants to charlar)
It's actually my veganiversary this month, vegan for 7 years!
I am passionate about nature and traveling, I love going on hikes, getting lost in the woods, and swimming! Right now it's my goal to check all the national parks in the US off my list <3
I also love anything cozy, reading a good book under a warm blanket, taking my time preparing my morning matcha, doing yoga, and watching YouTube videos about fashion (guilty pleasure?)
