I just started running again to stay fit and healthy. Every morning, I leave the house at 8am, run for 25 minutes along the coast, then 25 minutes back home. I'm on my 4th day so far 🏃☺️
So what's everyone's 2025 running goals? Personally, having spent 2024 training for my first marathon, I'll be working on shorter distances this year, aiming to beat my 10k PB.
