I've been a vegan for 3 years 4 months but it's genesis started when I was born lactose intolerant. I couldn't enjoy dairy without stomach pains & other things I'm too embarrassed to mention.

I've been a vegan for 3 years 4 months but it's genesis started when I was born lactose intolerant. I couldn't enjoy dairy without stomach pains & other things I'm too embarrassed to mention.
My godson a 6 year vegan & my "mentor" urged me to go vegan for the animals ,the planet & my health. He had me watched 2 hours worth of PETA videos which not only made my stomach sour but guilt was hitting me hard.

How could i be blinded & brainwashed by the dairy, eggs & meat industry?? I've felt better since going vegan thanks to my godson's influence & guidance
