When i was in my teens i was a Vegetarian (a very unhealthy one) and i had little to no energy🥱 I could barely get off the couch never mind do exercise. But now that i'm vegan/plant-based i have more than enough energy to walk nearly 10k steps a day 🚶🏻♀️i do Pilates and yoga every morning 🤸🏻♀️ and i've even started playing tennis weekly! I used to consider myself to be a lazy person who just wasn't athletic or good at exercise, but turns out all i needed was the right kind of foods to fuel...
