You can use tools like Flutter to build a simple webview wrapper app that can be uploaded into the store. I am not personally a fan of these stores but they do give you more visibility as a small business or community.

The downsides of this is the additional maintenance (Updates for new iOS versions etc) and of course the cost of an account on these stores (99USD per annum for Apple, 25USD one off for Google).
