Which is your favourite city to be Vegan?

My favourite place is probably Liverpool. I recently visited for the weekend, and wow the vibe at the cafe in the heart of the city center was amazing. Down the Hatch cafe also stood out! the food was incredible. There seems to be a strong vegan community here as well
Does anyone else have any favourite city's or towns?
