Hi Guys, I've just started to follow a raw vegan diet (about two and a half weeks ago), I was vegan for four and a half years before that and veggie for 37 years before that. Is anyone else following a raw diet?
ChrisVegan Thank Chris, good to know there's others in here. It's quite easy once you get into the flow of it and you get everything in stock. I'm following Ariel Bolloso who's a raw nutritionist.
