    • I start with some celtic sea salt and a half glas of water because all minerals are in there. It is a huge difference in how I feel daily. Then after 30-60 minutes after my HIT training and cold shower I make a smoothie with banana, apple, kurkuma, ginger, seeds and barley grass because that is so amazingly good that you can live on just that with 3 spoons (and water) a day.   More ...
