OMG - I've had something like this before, and it was absolutely awesome! I wasn't sure how to make it, but now... It's on! Thanks. P.S. for those that like it spicy - Bomba sauce (Calabrian peppers). Can be gotten at Trader Joes (US only), though I've recently found that one can get tubs of Calabrian pepper flakes e.g., "L'Oro Del Sud, Dried Calabrian Chili Flakes" (It's great, I've got one).
