Hello! I'm a 63 years young vegan living in Northwestern Montana.... where I could find a unicorn easier than I could find another vegan. I first became vegan a couple days after Prince (the musician) died. It's unrelated, but that's how I remember when it was. I was very well known for my cooking skills, and I was afraid to lose that reputation. Well, I no longer have to worry about that. I have learned to cook amazing vegan foods that fool the carnivores that try it. I love cooking and baking... and I don't feel my image has suffered at all... and neither have any animals! Win win!
