As you all know, Veganuary has just ended. Being a vegan all year round myself, I still loves veganuary because that's when the vegan cook influencer will fully blast their platform for recipes to cook. This year my winner recipe comes from Maya Leinenbach (@fitgreenmind in instagram) for her Tiramisu pancake!!

I am currently starting a fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support as part of joining their Mighty Hike 2025. I will be doing half marathon hike with my 5 colleagues.
