Hey, I'm Fresh, 30 years old and I love watching anime. My favourites currently are Re:Zero and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, as well as Steins;Gate. I think anime has a huge advantage on conventional media in that it's drawn, so there's less of a chance of animal products being used in production. But there's also just things that can be portrayed in anime that doesn't translate that well to live action, such as exaggerated jokes, over the top fight scenes, and emotional storytelling that just can't be captured in human faces as well. Anyone else watch anime? I want to know what your favourite anime is, and without spoiling, why. If you watched any of my favourites, let me know, I'd love to discuss them with you....
