Hi all, I haven't been diagnosed with IBS but have had some digestive discomfort all my adult life. I'm currently trialling a low FODMAP diet and it seems to be making a difference. However, being vegan and sticking to low FODMAP is feeling really restrictive! Any tips?

Anybody watching Paradise on Disney+? It's hilarious. The cast are all living underground after being saved from a worldwide extinction event caused by climate change, yet are complaining about having to eat plant-based bacon and cheese. XD
So what's everyone's 2025 running goals? Personally, having spent 2024 training for my first marathon, I'll be working on shorter distances this year, aiming to beat my 10k PB.
