I specialize in clean, nourishing Caribbean-inspired meals that are made from the earth — no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no shortcuts. So much “vegan food” out there is processed and made with ingredients we can’t pronounce. I grew up on real food — stews, plantain, rice, greens — and I wanted to make that accessible, affordable, and healing again. My meals are simple, flavorful, and rooted in culture.
