What Should I Be Eating? 💪🌱
Hey everyone I’m still pretty new to being vegan, but I’m a bit lost when it comes to eating for fitness and building muscle. I’m trying to eat healthier and gain some muscle, but I have no idea what meals to make or how to plan my food properly. I don’t want to end up eating the same boring meals every day or missing out on important nutrients. Does anyone have advice on what I should be eating, meal ideas, or how to create a food plan that works for fitness? Maybe even tips on getting enough protein without spending ages in the kitchen? Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through this or has ideas to share. Thanks so much 😊...
