We’ve all had that one awkward moment on a date when maybe they didn’t understand what vegan even means, or they tried to impress you with a "vegan" pizza that was covered in cheese. 🤦‍♀️ Let’s hear your funniest or most cringe-worthy vegan date stories! What happened, and how did you handle it? Did it turn into a disaster, or did you just laugh it off?

I'll go first...
I was once on a date with a guy who was a real 'foodie' and kept ordering starters and small plates to the table that he wanted me to try but but all had meat, fish and dairy in them! 😷🤢When i kept telling him 'no i don't eat that' or 'i cant have that, its not vegan' he kept persisting with 'just try it, you might like it!' 🙃😂

I think he felt more awkward than me in the end when he saw how unimpressed and annoyed i was 👀😅

Hi Everyone,
My name is Stella and I’ve been vegan for 7 and a half years. I am very passionate about speaking up for the animals. I used to own a vegan restaurant called Mama Earth in Solihull, UK, and am looking for new locations. I’m also a musical artist and have written and released a song called To The Animals. It’s a new age folk pop song. You can stream it on Spotify, Apple Music &watch the music video on YouTube. The project started with a donation to Earth ‘n’ Us Farm vegan sanctuary in Miami. I filmed the music video over there. Now that the song is released I’m giving away a lifetime minimum of 20% of income stream revenue to vegan sanctuaries monthly. I haven’t quite hit a considerable amount of streams yet, so all donations so far have come out of pocket.
I have organised protests at Camp Beagle outside MBR Acres & outside Uk parliament - against animal research.
I have also partaken in protests against horse carriages in Malta, and continually post a vegan message on my insta page which has over 341K followers.
My dream is to have my own animal sanctuary and spend my days with rescue animals.
