Hi, Michelle here 👋🏻 I’m a proud vegan, triathlon winner, and lifelong runner who absolutely loves working out and pushing my limits. I wanted to start a conversation about vegan fitness and health because it’s something I’m super passionate about. When I first transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, I had a lot of people telling me I’d lose energy or wouldn’t be able to compete at a high level. Spoiler alert: they were so wrong! In fact, I’ve never felt stronger, faster, or healthier. 💪🏻🌱 For me, fuelling my body with healthy plant-based foods has been a game-changer for my endurance and recovery time!
