I recently stayed in the rural Lake District and couldn't even get plant milk at some of the cafes, they looked at me like I was speaking another language 😂 How do you guys find vegan options when travelling? Do you stock up on supermarket meal deals or use Happy cow to make pilgrimages to the only vegan cafe nearby? 🤔

Hey everyone!
I’ve been reflecting lately on all the different ways we can advocate for animals and promote veganism, and I’m curious—what forms of activism do you personally participate in the most?
For me, I’ve been really involved in grassroots activism, like leafleting, attending outreach events, and supporting local vegan fairs. I also try to make an impact by sharing recipes and lifestyle tips on social media to inspire others to go plant-based. It’s amazing how even small actions can spark big changes in people’s lives!
That said, there are so many other ways to get involved, from protesting and direct action to starting petitions or writing letters to companies about animal-free products. And let’s not forget “activism through example,” like living a compassionate lifestyle and showing others how easy and fulfilling it can be to go vegan.
So, what about you? Are you into outreach, social media advocacy, supporting sanctuaries, or maybe organizing events? Or maybe you have unique ways of spreading the message that work well for you?
