Health is more important than beauty. Healthy people look beautiful. Healthy people can take care of others, and inspire health around them. It is important to notice how a lot of foods we eat for comfort donโ€™t actually bring comfort. Bring your awareness to the front, and notice how the preservatives in food corrupt your bloodstream, and clog your pores. Notice the effects the access salt has on your brain. Picking up a fruit or berry as a snack instead of all the alternatives keeps your body happy. Dehydrated, excessively cut up, oiled up, and fiberless foods confuse your body, they tire it, and make it focus on unsatisfying tasks. The more mental clarity you bring into your life the easier it is to eat healthy foods because healthy foods are actually the yummiest of foods. Being unhealthy clogs up your mind, and destroys your reasoning. Watch the documentary Food Inc to see where your food comes from, and who owns it. โ˜˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฑโ˜˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŒฑ...

Vegan mind ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ”๐Ÿท๐Ÿฎ๐ŸŒฑ
๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹ It is important to take care of oneโ€™s mind with good food or that mind wonโ€™t have any fuel to create value. Fasting, and dieting fasts your ideas out of your grasp. Focusing on social media, latest gossip, non-vegans bickering instead of food will deplete you of life, and the present moment. You donโ€™t have to have all the facts, and develop your own activism methods if you donโ€™t want to understand the human heart, and how to reach out to it with compassion. Both the mind, and the feelings are important - if you neglect one the other will suffer. Curiosity, knowledge, and feelings all are virtues. There is a specific demographic of spiritual people who reject the mind completely, and there are even more people who have forgotten that they have feelings. It is ridiculous how many people choose to inscribe moral significance on appearance, instead of helping themselves, and others. It is important how you look, because you want to look healthy, feel healthy, and live healthy. You want to want to live your life. Why are we alienating ourselves from want, and then act like this society is not traumatised? There are so many apathetic, settled people. I know that most of them currently wonโ€™t care about the animals, because they donโ€™t even care about their own lives. It is important to foster your own self-care so that other people can extend it to the animals as well. We hate nature, and if we develop no self-awareness, and mind to ask โ€œwhy? we will continue to be stuck. Make people question themselves, and why they do things the way they do them. Raise awareness not just within the context of the animals so that the widest of possible demographics start improving in all areas. ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŸ...

A Vegan Utopia ๐ŸŒฑ
What's your vision of a vegan utopia? ๐ŸŒฑWrite it down so that it becomes more possible. Here is mine- ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฟโ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฟโ˜˜๏ธ In my dream I surround myself with sanctuaries, because Iโ€™m filming a documentary about sanctuary animals there. I eat lots of food with decorative flowers, and establish libraries which take care of everyoneโ€™s needs - Food, clothing, distribution, and entertainment. The word vegan isnโ€™t used because there are no farmed animals, there are no criminals, and there are no people who would hurt the animals because everyone does shadow work here. The vibration of the world here rises every single day, the Earth itself is in the process of stabilisation. You see floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, and tornadoes are just the emotions of the planet. As the inhabitants get more stable there is less reason for the planet to lash out. The animals we called carnivores have completely disappeared as they do not match the frequency of humanity anymore. Every animal has gotten more friendly, and soft because of humanityโ€™s efforts. Good job, humanity! Instead of making fun of itself now it practises gratitude daily. Instead of working to survive we now work because it is fun to see the Earth improve. It is fun to establish new kinds of gardens, and find new varieties of plants. It is so cool to prioritise exploration, and the study of the planet that we live in! We figured out how to explore the oceans completely. We thought that far away space travel was impossible, but itโ€™s so funny how far away the power of empathy can get you. Instead of going to Mars we will now be able to travel much farther away because we prioritised the health of our own planet! When I look back at the history of humanity it is so silly how we put all relationships at the back burner, and thought that they should be used to advance our careers. Itโ€™s funny how we became unstoppable once we made sure to accept everyone, and let them feel the way they felt. Itโ€™s almost as if there was nothing wrong with humanity in the first place, we just had to learn how to get along.

Own your shame. Own your activism. Own your impact ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿท
In a vegan world everyone would be able to admit to their mistakes, and own up to them. We would seek to help and rehabilitate these people no matter how huge the mistake was. In our current reality it can get more complicated as we fear to admit that actions are different from words. Shame runs rampant, discussions die. Self-image becomes more important than integrity. There are actually better ways of doing activism, better techniques to control your mood, and better relationships that you can enter. There is always room for improvement, and life doesnโ€™t end even when you achieve the best way to do activism in one way! There are always other ways available! Not all ways have the same impact, and sometimes even if you donโ€™t get likes and attention it doesnโ€™t mean that you didnโ€™t put out quality work. It is pointless to occupy your mind about how other people could be doing activism better, it is a prison. Once you have an overly strong or positive reaction to something, take a moment to examine it because it is a sign that you are not fully integrated into the present - you arenโ€™t able to be positive about the impact that you are making! It is better to hear yourself out, and contribute in the way thatโ€™s tailored to you. Once you take the steps to embrace yourself, and your way of doing things you will lose relationships, and people who did not approve of you, and your methods. It is a sign that you are improving because most of humanity doesnโ€™t know how to deal with emotions or how to let everyone win, even if those people are fellow activists. There is a lot of social conditioning, and activists may convince themselves that they have done all the inner work by simply being active which leads to a trail of horrible failed relationships, trauma, and hurt. We are all here to work on each other no matter what position or authority level we have achieved in society! We are all works in progress because we are still alive! Donโ€™t be around people who dim your light, no matter what status or prestige they have achieved, and have convinced others that they have. The truth will win in the end, and will come out in the best ways possible the more you believe in it! Believe in your impact, and believe yourself when your intuition tells you that the person you are speaking to has no good will! Losing relationships is part of life, and a sign of being authentic, putting yourself out there....

Terrible time priorities slaughter the animals ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฎ
Time is viewed as a currency today instead of the effort, and value that one puts out. We focus on events, and celebrations to put off our leisure, and view leisure time as something unimportant. We cannot see work as something that could also be leisure, and could actually be a beneficial, fun activity for us. We have seperated work from leisure. This has terrible implications for the farm animals. If we cannot enjoy our time here on earth, and view it as something we have to endure then we manifest these unmet desires, and needs onto the animals. We are so unaware of our wellbeing that it affects everyone around us on scopes we cannot even begin to comprehend. The farm animals are simply a currency to us today. We donโ€™t care about the most efficient, and beneficial ways to get food. We donโ€™t care whether our food contains murder or not. Food has become a means to an end rather than a system which benefits us, and brings us to health. This sort of abandonment of quality permeates all sectors of society. It can truly be seen everywhere. This is what our modern society is defined as. Social media is becoming quicker. Relationships are becoming quicker. Travel is becoming quicker, but the pollution, mental, and physical, is running rampant, and with no stop. Animal liberation to me would be a sign that we have addressed all these problems, and freed ourselves from the shackles of unsatisfying, lonely, and miserables lives as if we were also animals in slaughterhouses. It is not about forcing society to conform to laws as that would only put a band-aid on the problem, and it would be left unfixed for the upcoming generation. Letโ€™s value our lives to create a world where all animals can be valued, and treated as equals....

Being an authentic vegan ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿท
Authenticity is the most valued concept, and everyone who does not embrace themselves gets called fake, but what does it really mean? Are people who like money, clothes, and fancy foods not authentic? Authenticity is a subjective experience because everyone has different likes, and dislikes. However, there are some objective truths in this life - All animals feel pain, and all animals should be able to choose how they live. An objective truth is the combination of all our subjective experiences, that means we have to take everyoneโ€™s experience into account! Non-human animals included! You can feel what you want to feel, you can exist, and self-persevere the way you want without destroying the experiences of others. We are all important, and part of the whole picture. Be radically honest to everyone, and it will lead you to people who are the most fit for you. Let them find you! Let all animals find themselves by letting yourself find who you truly are! It is not in your best interests to make someone believe or make someone think they are like you when they are not. Bond over actual connections, and similarities! All humans have something in common as we all just want to live our lives, survive, and thrive!...

Slaughterhouses exist because of our trauma as a society ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฎ
There are no angels where there are no demons. They both arenโ€™t evil, theyโ€™re just trying to exist. They think that they are both opposing each other when really they are the same concept. The moment you are inflicted with trauma you split into an angel, and into a demon. You start seeing them everywhere, you encounter emotional triggers, and you resist reality. Poverty, slaughterhouses, hunger are all part of society. You cannot separate them from us or they will continue to grow stronger. The problem is that we let the darkness exist in forms which deny the existence of darkness. Darkness, and light start thinking that they must end one another. Instead of embracing them we create murderers, thieves, and vampires along with jailors, judges, and empaths. Instead of feeling anger internally we express it with wars, conflicts, famine along with peace, resolutions, and feasts. Instead of creating art with the negative emotions we waste our lives in unconscious critique. Both negative, and positive emotions are a polarity which gives birth to authenticity. You must accept that you chose this, you chose to experience both, you chose to be born here. This is the only canvas where you could truly express yourself with no bounds, it is the canvas in which you tricked yourself that you have no control over anything, but in reality we all contributed to the creation of this world. The only way to become creators again is to radically shift our mindsets. You forgot your power, You forgot your responsibility, You forgot you forgiven us all including yourself. What if happiness is just the acceptance of it all?...

Is it okay to forgive non-vegans? ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿท
I forgive doesnโ€™t mean I submit. Forgiveness means understanding the reasons why someone would choose to hurt others. It means letting go of resentment. Forgiveness is not a weakness, it is a sharp weapon, authenticity, and willingness to see through your own pain into someone elseโ€™s pain. It is acceptance of what happened, reality. Lots of people donโ€™t forgive celebrities, politicians, and artists these days. They cannot comprehend that they are not responsible for their lives. If something bad happens we like to point at authorities, and not at the fact that we did not create choices for ourselves. There will always be people, circumstances, and conditions which hurt us because life is about figuring out what choices you will make according to the hurt that you received. Will you choose to heal, and benefit or will you succumb to fear, separation and submission? There is always a choice, choices are everywhere, as long as you are alive you have a choice. There is no such state in which you would not be alive. Death the way most people comprehend doesnโ€™t exist, you cannot experience non-experience because it is not an experience. You either choose life now or you choose life in your next life. You wonโ€™t ever evaporate from existence, eventually you will be brave, and eventually you will choose to be authentic with your own personal truth. Eventually you will learn to forgive without submitting. You will not play power games, and imagine stealing energies from someone. Eventually you will realise that hurting someone else is like hurting yourself, that the only way to authenticity is to let everybody heal, that the energy someone stole from you wasnโ€™t the energy you needed in the first place. Everything grows, and nourishes the moment it gets accepted for what it is, and for what it is not. Letโ€™s return to the soil, return to the earth, to mother nature, then finally letโ€™s save the Earth!...

What does it mean to be selfless?
Selflessness is not an effective method to communicate any message or have any relationship with anyone. Self-sacrifice and codependency are selfless behaviours. People like to make fun of people who explore, prioritise themselves as narcissists while narcissists are the ones who live as selfless as they can. Selfless = selfish. Codependency = narcissism. Without knowing yourself you will never learn to know others, you will never meet anyone on their level, you will never heal your family line, and be forever a victim to your circumstances. There are a lot of people who say they are prioritising themselves while doing selfish behaviours like eating a carnivore diet which complicates matters. These people only tell you that they prioritise themselves, but they donโ€™t know what actual self-prioritisation means. If you are alive then you try to exist, and to exist you try to feel better. This is how every being operates, but we develop terrible strategies which confuse us, and lead us to believe that eliminating another creature will somehow ensure our own existence. Nobody is selfless unless they have developed these horrible adaptations, and misunderstandings. Our society is full of misconceptions, and mistakes around psychology. It is not hard to tell that most of humanity doesnโ€™t understand itself, once you understand yourself this becomes more, and more of an understatement....

Accepting that worry is normal ๐ŸŒฑ
What if humanity got nuked? Everyone turned into zombies, and aliens started fishing us by the hooks? Worst case scenarios haunt us, because we do not let ourselves imagine them. What if my family member will get sick, and die from cancer if I do not inform them about the plant based diet? What if everyone was killed, and then sold off as AI? Once we identify, feel our worst fears we can replace them with solutions. People write novels out of thoughts like these. What if I continue to stay stagnant, continue to relive my traumas through addictions like scrolling the internet, and not learn to get enough sleep? What would the world be like if I never faced my demons, succumbed to depression, and lost relationships? What if a person I loved turned to hate me, then stole my entire identity, and found lots of different people that they loved instead? What if everyone I interacted with is just insane, and will leave me hurt, and broken beyond repair? What if I ignore all my negative emotions, feel only positive, and then hurt everyone around me because I canโ€™t accept myself the way I am? What if I canโ€™t accept the world because I canโ€™t accept myself? What if people arenโ€™t going vegan because they canโ€™t accept themselves? What if poverty, and criminals exist because humanity hates itself? Keep questioning reality, keep accepting the world, keep accepting yourself....

Feel your feelings ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿท๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฎ
As a society we have hidden away our needs, desires, and wants into the subconscious. Everyone deep down wants a world where animals arenโ€™t being slaughtered - everyone watches cat videos, and loves the animals. Most people, however, do not want to acknowledge that they could ever possibly hurt them so they enact psychological defences, and barriers to keep evading the issues. We decided not to feel our feelings, and so we do not find out how to actually get what we need, we donโ€™t even know what we actually need. Vegans need to remember how to feel as well to advocate for the animals as efficiently as possible. Raising peopleโ€™s awareness of their emotions by asking pointed questions creates conscious individuals who can go vegan. You want to hear what they think happens inside slaughterhouses, their perception of abuse, and their thoughts around vegans. You want to facilitate the thinking for them, not do the thinking for them. Putting words in peopleโ€™s mouths disempowers them, makes them feel worthless, and raises their defence mechanisms. Most people do not seek the truth, but normalcy, most people arenโ€™t INTJโ€™s like a lot of vegans are. We need to learn to meet any kind of person on their level, and help them to get past it by raising their awareness. An alcoholic mom will not receive messages the same way as a student of philosophy, they wonโ€™t even use the same language. This is easier to do through emotion than logic. Raising awareness one on one (without extra videos, just talking) is only possible when you tune into your own emotions, when you do that you naturally start to feel other people, and understand what they need instinctually. Otherwise you are throwing darts while blindfolded which raises the difficulty for no reason. To tune in to your emotions you have to feel them, not think them. Ask yourself โ€œWhat am I feeling right now?โ€ if you feel like you arenโ€™t feeling anything that is a feeling so bring your attention to it, and ask yourself again, over, and over again. Let yourself see colours, images, and memories which do not immediately make coherent sense, the longer you feel them the more insight you will discover. This is what your dreams at night do, but you can do this by yourself as well. This way you build emotional muscles, and can start to effectively use them during outreach. Most people do not have such muscle, this is a huge advantage! ๐ŸŒฑ...

Forms of simple vegan activism
1.Chalking ( A good location is a bus stop as it is protected from rain and a good message is a link โ€œwatchdominion.comโ€) 2. Vegan stickers, you can stick them to meat products in the supermarkets. 3. Wearing vegan clothes with animal rights messages on them. 4. Social media posts, film whenever you are with other activists and upload a post whenever you perform activism. This way you will reach more people. 5. Watch vegan documentaries, read vegan books. Write reviews and thank you notes. 6. Thank the activists who made you go vegan or helped you to stay vegan and support their posts. 7. Ask supermarkets to get vegan products that you want to see added. 8. Have chats with local politicians and people of whatever parties, give them the information about animal rights. 9. Attend political animal rights actions (very little people show up once it is something about changing the laws, but itโ€™s very important) 9. Buy vegan options at restaurants and leave reviews. If you can get registered as a local expert on google your reviews will have more significance. 10. Take care of your mental health, the more you thrive the more people will look up to you and care about your opinions. 11. Leave vegan messages and notes for someone to find. 12. Support local animal rights organisations. 13. Create vegan events on facebook, a simple one would be to watch a documentary as a group or you could also cook vegan food and give it out for free. 14. Create vegan art and make it about veganism. 15. Give out vegan books at little libraries or donate them to a local library. There are human libraries in some cities, you can hold a talk in them....

Vegan mental health
Taking care of yourself is really important, you cannot take care of the animals if you do not take care of yourself. I see a lot of activists burning out and not having the impact they could because they are so visibly tired. Some simple recommendations: 1.When interacting with nonvegans keep in mind that they actually have to want to listen to you, if they don't just plant a seed in their mind and move on. Keep your message simple, you don't want to surround yourself or give your energy to people who might change in 5 years. No, you want to change large groups of people and try the message on tons of different locations, online and offline. 2. Simply take care of your body and emotions, put positive thoughts inside your head. The more you give to yourself the more you will be able to give to others. Create win-win situations with your environment instead of I win you lose which is the very reason why people still exploit the animals. 3. Understand nonvegans, think about how you were when you were a nonvegan. This also applies to areas beyond veganism, any change. Most likely you have lots of areas in life which you want to change as well because we are all humans and not Gods. Empathise and show love because regardless if someone goes vegan you will have a sound mind afterwards and learn something from every experience. Instead of viewing interactions with nonvegans as draining you can reframe it and view them as refreshing. Love is a thing that is abundant and cannot be taken away from you once you truly understand how it works. The more you understand something the harder it is to hate it. 4. Read books that are designed to elevate your mood. Read vegan books, contact the authors, chat, show love, write them a thank you letter, drop a review, build a sense of community with vegans instead of nonvegans. Literally stop spending so much time on nonvegans! Everyone is supposed to be happy and do things which empower them, donโ€™t dedicate all the energy to draining, nonvegan media. Thereโ€™s so much media thatโ€™s designed to keep your mood down! Really track what you are reading or watching. 5. Thank this world, thank the ground you stand on, thank for all the struggles you had. Every struggle is an opportunity of healing, nobody was called strong without facing a challenge. Own your mistakes, people with no regrets are not honest with themselves because the society we live in is clearly not a happy one or a fulfilling, meaningful one. This is why we have to create our own rules, meaning and narrative. Carnists love to spin it, but you are already vegan so you know a ton about how their version of the word โ€œloveโ€ is often not love for all....

Whole food plant based meals
Lately I have been eating very simply, I cook some grains, beans and then eat most vegetables and fruits raw, eat some seeds, get b12 and vitamin D. You can find out more about this way of eating from the book "How not to die". I like how simple it is and it leaves me very energized. It is healthy to eat a large variety of fruits and vegetables to get all the needs, the more dark and colorful the foods are the more antioxidants they contain. People who make sweets and junk food abuse this and confuse our bodies. I think we need to feel healthy and take care of our minds as vegans, because if we dont our activism for the animals will suffer and we won't be able to help them as much. I care about the ethics firstmost, but health is also very important if you want to convey these ethics in the first place. I encourage you to try those green foods which it would seem you would hate, if your vegan diet has a lot of junk food your body will start cleaning itself, eventually the green foods become tasty. Greens and berries are the best of all foods and their flavours are so intense! It would be great if the demand for them increased and that we focused on them instead of foods that do not make us feel well. I do not judge you if you do not want to improve your health as a vegan, but I wish someone conveyed this information to me earlier....

Vegan books
Lately I have been wanting to read all the vegan books, I read all kinds of books from all kinds of authors but I find that empathy is lacking in a large portion of them and that there is always something missing in most of them. I hope to change this feeling by getting into more vegan authors. Right now I am reading Eternal Treblinka which is a pretty brutal book describing all the bad things humans did and do to animals and not just animals but to themselves too. I feel like vegan books, fiction or non-fiction feel very important and not only that but there is something more relatable about people who have chosen this path. It feels more welcoming and nice to engage in thoughts with like minded people and books really are photographs of conversations long ago. I just finished book called Vegan Style which listed so many vegan fashion designers I had no idea existed. Where I live I get to see so little about veganism and that's the case for a lot of people. Books, communities and online support is so important. I wish people would challenge themselves in the right ways and not turn to addictions, but for example activism. I am always very happy for activists because they are fighting for a less poluted world and in doing so it does become less poluted. Anyways I want to read books that make my mind less poluted ) It's like exercise and hard, but very worth it....

Make your own recipes ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒฝ
Hey, I have been experimenting with food lately and creating my own recipes ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒป I find it cool how you can insert vegan activism into your food's presentation and spread veganism not just through the ingredients. I have been experimenting with descriptions of the foods and with the process videos containing vegan performance art. I love of thinking up of all creative ways to combine mediums. ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒป I think we all need a little more creativity and to not be afraid to be misunderstood or shamed. The more we try the more tools and skills at our disposal we get. Most foods have pretty understandable bases, I find it very fun to just go with my intuition and to discover a foods which I wouldn't even find online without some deeper searching. It is fun to trust oneself and to believe in your own abilities and it bounces to a lot of other areas in your life. When you have a clear goal and seek it, other parts of your life also start to shine. Anyways wanted to make this post to encourage you to post your vegan food and maybe change it up a bit and make it your own. Vegans are people who are most likely to already possess creativity in my opinion. Good things stack together ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒผ If you have any vegan recipe book recommendations I would love to hear them, I don't plan on getting any right now, but I am still curious. There are so many vegan cookbooks out there! So many vegan cookbook authors, we really ought to support them even more and have them replace all the other cookbooks. ๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒผ...

Hey, I write poetry!
Hey, I'm Nota. I love reading books, writing, painting and doing anything creative. Lately I have been putting eco and vegan themes as the main focus in my art. I also love to express myself through photos and I want to support any vegans and their cause, most importantly support the animals. I have a lot of love to give and I would like it to be put to good use. I think it's very important for people to move their bodies and not neglect their health. If you neglect yourself you won't be in your top shape to support the animals. Reading is challenging, but also very rewarding and I would like to convey that to as many people as I can. However, I know that I can only be myself and I cannot influence people too much. Lately I love duality too much....

Happy vegan easter!
I don't like traditions very much because they are usually tied to a lot of problematic causes that are an excuse to celebrate in ways that do not benefit us. But I would also want to be an example of how to celebrate them and you know would like to feel something good about the communities I visit. Celebrations are important for the sense of belonging and unity so I would like to encourage people to leave a comment here, perhaps not a happy one because I bet a lot of vegans have to meet up with carnists and terrible views during this holiday. All emotions and relatable experiences can make us feel less alone. I would also like to encourage, for anyone who is able to, to just feel joy if you are celebrating alone and do not even have anyone to invite. The activists especially have to take a breath sometimes because nobody can be there for the animals if you are stressed all the time....
