| About Me: | I'm a yogi and a Christian and run a retreat place in Devon, south west England. It's a place where I can be quiet and in contact with nature, and can share that with community (classes, retreat days and workshops) and people from further away (staying on residential retreats and work exchange). It's always great to meet vegans from near and far (I'm planning some travel in 2025), likeminded and in love with life. |
| Why I Became Vegan: | I was wanting to be vegan because spiritual experiences showed me it is obvious. Full 'conversion' came in a moment of awareness, watching a documentary about a cowboy who had seen the light and was now spreading the word of veganism. I also felt overwhelming compassion for all the farmers involved in the killing. |
| Activism Experience: | Simply cooking delicious meals and gently persuasion with good hospitality. |
