@Alison Parkinson­ I have not read The Impactful Vegan, but I will now! That really bums me out about Peter Dinklage. I become enraged when I see these celebs talking about their return to eating meat...who could do that? I agree with you, though, that they were never vegan...most likely making those statements to be in favour with fans.

Awesome article! I know Starbucks has a history of many awful things, but I am fond of their normalization of plant-based milk by creating products that have these ingredients as part of the original recipe. For example, the oat milk shaken espresso drinks (hazelnut and brown sugar). I don't remember their exact names as they are too complicated for my feeble mind. Also, campaigns to lobby coffee shops to stop charging more for plant-based milks should ramp up, I believe. I know it costs more for the business owners, but an extra 70 cents to a dollar up-charge, per drink, is price gouging and could deter people from giving them a try.
