I think ive randomly met/ stood next to other vegans in the wild before when ordering in cafes! It’s quite funny, 3 of us all separately ordered Oat Milk Lattes but neither of them said anything so I didn’t wanna be the weird one and ask ‘are you vegan too?!’ 🤩 lol 🫣

Curry: sprinkle in crispy onions (the dry ones you buy in a tub), they make curry taste incredible 🤤

Casseroles and Shepherds pie: you can use HP/ brown sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce for the same flavour.

Risotto, soups and creamy pasta: sprinkle in nutritional yeast flakes for that nutty/cheesy mild flavour 😋

Good question. For me I think it would depend on mongomy vs. non-monogomy. In the latter case, I'd be open to it, though would continue looking for someone vegan (and be willing then for a monogamous relationship).

When i was in my teens i was a Vegetarian (a very unhealthy one) and i had little to no energy🥱 I could barely get off the couch never mind do exercise. But now that i'm vegan/plant-based i have more than enough energy to walk nearly 10k steps a day 🚶🏻‍♀️i do Pilates and yoga every morning 🤸🏻‍♀️ and i've even started playing tennis weekly! I used to consider myself to be a lazy person who just wasn't athletic or good at exercise, but turns out all i needed was the right kind of foods to fuel...
